The Chasam Sofer validates the Noda BiYehudah's lenient ruling, arguing that tarsei leri'usa requires two defects at the same location testifying to a single underlying concern, not a combination of different poskim's opinions; a sircha from place to place within the same lobe is not a ri'usa for those who permit it and cannot combine with the wrinkle, as they address different concerns. Nevertheless, one who is stringent regarding sircha kefulah and kamet beneath such an adhesion will be blessed.
