A scribe wrote 'mikadmas dena' (with prefix mem) instead of the standard 'min kadmas dena' in a get, raising concern that the phrase could be misread as comparative ('more than before'). The Chasam Sofer validates the get based on the Levush's ruling that the past-tense word 'd'havis' alone suffices to convey the intended meaning, but maintains that 'min kadmas dena' is the clearer formulation since the standalone word 'min' virtually never means 'more than' in Tanach. The get was ultimately invalidated on a separate, unrelated defect.
