A get's shaliach claimed delivery on Tuesday while the harsha'ah recorded Wednesday, raising concern that two gittin existed and the valid one was lost. The Chasam Sofer validates the get through multiple strategies: testimony that only one get was signed neutralizes the harsha'ah discrepancy, the harsha'ah error is attributable to a standard printed form, the shaliach has a migo, the delivery date is a legally insignificant detail, and the spelling deficiency in 'd'havit' serves as a siman muvhak proving it is the sole get. He rules the get may be delivered, especially given iggun concerns.
