A follow-up to Teshuva 75, the Chasam Sofer briefly addresses five scholarly objections to his earlier analysis. He clarifies that a definite claim requires personal witness designation, that Tosfos's leniency on Torah-level disqualification applies only to a gazlan and not to one suspected of oath violations, that the discussion follows Abaye's view permitting repayment within the loan term, that his mah nafshach argument rested on single-witness testimony rather than the nature of kesubah, and that testimony about chashud status is categorically weaker than testimony about actual payment.
