The student asks why Rashi explains that Temple bread was baked among 'zealous people' to guard against leavening, when the Shtei HaLechem is supposed to be chametz. The Chasam Sofer resolves this by demonstrating that the Gemara's underlying concern about linah disqualification applies only to the Lechem HaPanim.
