The Chasam Sofer counsels against disrupting the established custom of selling intestines from neveilos and treifos to non-Jews. He argues that most prohibitions arising from shechitah defects are only safek for Jews, while Bnei Noach have a chezkas heter on the animal; intestines are not primarily designated as food, reducing the lifnei iver concern; and the verse permitting sale of neveilah to non-Jews implicitly includes intestines. The question of whether eggs constitute ever min hachai for Bnei Noach is raised but left unresolved.
