A golden granule found resting on the liver of a slaughtered goose, with no rust, no wound, and no embedded mark, is permitted. The Chasam Sofer rules that the granule can be attributed to having been swallowed by the goose and dislodged from the esophagus or gizzard during butchering, and that even if the esophagus were found perforated, the damage would be attributed to the slaughterer's handling, since rov establishes that the esophagus was intact at the time of shechitah and equates it with other organs for purposes of mishmush yada d'tabcha.
