A bone with many sharp spikes was found in a cow's heart after the meat had already been cooked and distributed throughout the community. The Chasam Sofer rules leniently, arguing that the bone likely grew naturally within the heart wall, that its shape makes it implausible it could have traveled through internal organs to perforate the heart, and that discovery after cooking creates a safek sfeika supporting leniency even according to the Pri Chadash.
