A woman with an established veses repeatedly saw blood outside her veses time, which physicians attributed to blocked hemorrhoidal channels redirecting blood vaginally; treatment restored normal flow and stopped the vaginal bleeding. The Chasam Sofer rules she is tahor outside her veses time, since the blood can be attributed to her known hemorrhoidal wound, the accompanying cramps reflect the wound rather than a veses haguf, and the wound's location outside the makor is confirmed by her ability to reach it manually.
