Rabbi Chaim Yisroel Belsky was an American posek and rosh yeshiva who served at Yeshiva Torah Vodaas and as senior halachic consultant to the Orthodox Union’s kashrus division. He was also associated with Camp Agudah and is known for his halachic writings, including Piskei Halachos, Einei Yisroel on Chumash, and Sha'alos u'Teshuvos Shulchan Halevi.
