Rabbi Binyamin Ze'ev (Wolf) Boskowitz ha-Levi was a communal rabbi and author, a leading halachic figure in late 18th- and early 19th-century Hungary and Moravia. The son of Rabbi Shmuel Kolin, he served in several rabbinates, including a long tenure as rabbi of Bonyhad. He authored commentaries on the Mishneh Torah, the Babylonian Talmud, and tractate Eduyyot, as well as drashos collected under the title Ma'amar Esther. His glosses on the Babylonian Talmud were incorporated into the Vienna edition of 1830.
