Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Ferber was a communal rabbi and darshan in England. He served for over five decades as rav of the West End Talmud Torah Synagogue (Kehilas Yeshurun) in London's Soho, where he was a central figure in Orthodox life. A prolific author of sefarim on Chumash, moadim, aggadah, and derash, his multi-volume Kerem HaTzvi and other works reflected the Lithuanian yeshiva tradition he had absorbed in his youth. His public activities in London's rabbinic bodies and chevra kadisha further established him as a leading Orthodox voice within the Anglo-Jewish community.
