Rabbi Shmuel ben Uri Shraga Faibesh was a Polish rabbi and Talmudist of the second half of the seventeenth century. He is chiefly known for the sefer Beis Shmuel on Even HaEzer, a standard commentary on the Shulchan Aruch. This work became one of the principal commentaries used in later halachic literature on marriage and divorce.
