Rabbi Shabsi Sheftel Kramer was a Menahel and Mashgiach who served in Belarus and the United States. He initially served in the leadership of Yeshivas Etz Chaim in Slutsk. He later traveled to America, serving as Mashgiach at the Orthodox Rabbinical Seminary in New Haven. He then helped found Yeshivas Ner Yisroel in Baltimore, continuing his work as a Mashgiach in the American yeshiva system until his passing in 1942.
