Biography

Rabbi Refael Reuven Grozovsky was a Rosh Yeshiva in the Lithuanian tradition, known for his Talmudic analytical style. He served as a primary Maggid Shiur at Yeshivas Knesses Beis Yitzchak in Kaminetz under his father-in-law, Rabbi Baruch Ber Leibowitz. After escaping Europe during World War II, he contributed to rescue efforts through the Vaad Hatzalah and briefly headed Yeshiva Torah Vodaas in Brooklyn.
