Rabbi Nosson Gestetner was a Hungarian-born posek and communal rav who served for decades as Rav and Av Beis Din of the Agudas Yisroel neighborhood in Bnei Brak and as Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Panim Meiros. A descendant of the Ksav Sofer and Chasam Sofer, he authored over sixty seforim on halacha and other Torah subjects, including the responsa Lehoros Nosson.
