Biography

Rabbi Nesanel Weil, a talmid of Rabbi Avraham Broda in Prague, later served as Chief Rabbi of Karlsruhe. His major work, Korban Nesanel, is a commentary on the halachic rulings of the Rosh, printed in standard editions of the Talmud. He also authored Netiv Chayim, a commentary on the Shulchan Aruch.
