Biography

Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Glasner served as Chief Rabbi of Klausenburg and authored the commentary Dor Revi'i on tractate Chullin, addressing the laws of ritual slaughter and dietary observance. He published additional halachic works including Ohr Bahir and Matzah Shemurah. A founder of Mizrachi, he supported religious Zionism and developed a distinctive theoretical approach to halachic thought.
