Rabbi Rabbi Mordechai Leib Winkler was a Hungarian posek who served as the Rav and Rosh Yeshiva of Mád for over three decades. He authored the multi-volume responsa collection Shu"t Levushei Mordechai, which contains over 1,500 halachic rulings on the four parts of the Shulchan Aruch. A prominent talmid of the Ksav Sofer, he was also the father-in-law of Rabbi Yosef Tzvi Dushinsky, who would later serve as head of the Edah HaChareidis in Jerusalem.
