Rabbi Meir Don Plotsky was the Rav of Ostrow-Mazowiecka and an active leader in Agudath Israel. He authored the commentary on the Torah, Kli Chemdah, which is arranged by topic according to the 613 mitzvos. His scholarship and communal leadership contributed to early 20th-century Eastern European Jewry.
