Rabbi Gedaliah Nadel was a posek in Bnei Brak and a close talmid of the Chazon Ish (Rabbi Avraham Yeshaya Karelitz). His teachings were compiled and published posthumously by his student Rabbi Yitzchak Shilat in the work B'Toraso Shel Rav Gedaliah. For decades, he served as one of the heads of Kollel Chazon Ish and was the leading halachic authority for the Chazon Ish neighborhood in Bnei Brak.
