Rabbi Elazar Fleckeles was a leading student of Rabbi Yechezkel Landau, the Noda BiYehuda. He served as a dayan and later as rosh beis din of Prague. His primary work is the three-volume collection of responsa, Teshuvah Me'Ahavah. He was also known for his oratory and defense of traditional Judaism.
