Rabbi Dovid Tevele Rubin was a Lithuanian posek who served as rabbi of Minsk. A talmid of Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin, he combined communal leadership with halachic and scholarly writing. His works, including Beis Dovid, Nachlas Dovid, Droshos Nachlas Dovid, and Divrei Dovid, circulated among rabbis and yeshiva scholars.
