Biography

Rabbi Dov Moshe Namiat was a communal rabbi who served in posts in Lithuania, Belgium, and England. He authored the work Divrei Moshe, which was published in Vilna in 1906. A recipient of semicha from Rabbi Yosef Dov Soloveitchik of Brisk, he arrived in England as a refugee during World War I and served as Rav of the Blechener Shul in Gateshead until his death.
