Rabbi Rabbi Chizkiyahu de Silva was a posek and rosh yeshiva in Jerusalem during the late 17th century. He authored Pri Chadash, a commentary on the Shulchan Aruch that focuses on the sections of Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah. After immigrating from his native Livorno, he studied in Jerusalem under Rabbi Moshe Galanti and eventually became head of Yeshivas Beit Yaakov.
