Rabbi Chaim Shalom Tuvia Rabinowitz was a Lithuanian Rosh Yeshiva of the Telshe Yeshiva and a central figure in the development of Lithuanian lomdus. He formulated a structured method of Talmudic analysis known as the Telzer derech, which shaped the learning style of Telz and influenced many later yeshivos. His shiurim were preserved in his students’ notes and continued to circulate in the Telz tradition.
