Rabbi Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg was a rosh yeshiva and posek who founded Yeshiva Torah Ore in Brooklyn and later relocated it to Jerusalem. He authored several works, including Tabaas HaChoshen, a multi-volume treatise on the Ktzos HaChoshen, and Mishmeres Chaim. After studying in the Mir yeshiva in pre-war Europe, he served as Rav of the Kiryat Mattersdorf neighborhood in Jerusalem and was a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of Degel HaTorah.
