Rabbi Baruch Frankel-Teomim was a rabbi and Talmudist in Galicia and Moravia, known by the title of his major work as the Baruch Ta'am. His principal work is Baruch Ta'am, a collection of Talmudic novellae published posthumously. In his final post in Leipnik, he founded a large yeshiva that he led concurrently with his rabbinic duties until his death.
