Biography

A Lubavitcher chasid and posek, Rabbi Avraham Chaim Naeh became a central halachic authority in the first half of the twentieth century, active in both communal leadership and practical psak. His major works include Ketzos HaShulchan, Piskei HaSiddur, Shiurei Mikveh, and Shiurei Torah, which systematized contemporary applications of Torah measurements. Through his positions within the Edah HaChareidis and Agudas Yisrael frameworks, he helped shape the halachic and public voice of the emerging chareidi community in Eretz Yisrael.
