Rabbi Rabbi Aryeh Tzvi Fromer was a posek and rosh yeshiva in pre-war Poland, known as the Kodzhaglover Rav. He authored the responsa collection Eretz Tzvi, a work by which he is also known. After serving in several communities, he was appointed to succeed Rabbi Meir Shapiro as rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin, a position he held until the yeshiva was closed by the Germans in 1939.
