Known as the Yefei Einayim, Rabbi Aryeh Leib Yellin served as communal rabbi and av beis din of Bielsk Podlaski. He authored Yefei Einayim, a commentary on the Talmud Bavli that provides parallel citations to the Talmud Yerushalmi and Midrashim. The work was published alongside the Talmud text in the Romm edition printed in Vilna.
